Having returned to the Smith Shearer team in 2021, David holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Taxation. After time spent working in the locally-based family business, David continues to expand his expertise in working with small businesses and agribusinesses across the region. 

With an array of business accounting experience, Dave's area of interest is in partnering with local Esperance businesses to assist them in meeting their businesses growth goals. With a focus on working one-on-one with clients to understand the unique needs of their business, David is able to provide you with the best possible taxation outcomes.

When he's not immersed in business and tax compliance, Dave spends his time on the basketball court - playing, umpiring, and coaching basketball.
