Kristy Keevil 

Kristy Keevil has been an integral part of the Smith Shearer team since 2016, bringing a wealth of experience from both accounting and commerce roles she held in Perth. A native of Esperance, Kristy returned to her hometown to join Smith Shearer and has since become a key member of the Estate & Succession Planning Division.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, Kristy is currently advancing her expertise by working towards her Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and dedication make her an essential support to the Director and the broader team, helping ensure seamless operations within the division.

Outside of work, Kristy is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys the natural beauty of Esperance’s beaches. Whether surfing, paddle boarding, or camping, she makes the most of her time off by staying active and adventurous. A keen traveller, Kristy has explored various destinations, with India being a particular favorite.

Her personal mantra, "Even after all this time, the sun never says to the earth, 'you owe me.' Look what happens with a love like that. It lights the whole sky," reflects her positive and generous outlook on life, both in and out of the office.
